This is a key role where you will make an impact to our business and how we do things.

As Procurement & Logistics Manager you will be responsible for improving the agility of procurement, supply chain and logistics processes through simplification and cementing clear efficient processes for ECL Group.

The role will really be yours to take ownership of and make your mark on. You will create and implement a robust procurement and logistics strategy as well as be responsible for the management of ECL Group’s end to end procurement processes including the development of a preferred supplier framework, inventory management and pricing, and team management.

Qualifications
About you

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior procurement or logistics role in a commercial business
  • Be known as an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with people
  • You are a critical thinker, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Someone who strives for excellence and effectiveness in your work
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Proactively Identifies key issues or required actions and develops workable solutions to complex problems
